Shipping

We use various shipping companies depending on the destination. All our parcels are trackable and a tracking number will be provided via email as soon as your order is dispatched. We aim to dispatch the orders within 1-3 business days after purchase. For UK deliveries we mostly use DPD service, international parcels are shipped with Royal Mail service.

If your parcel gets lost, CJ·314 takes responsibility to issue a full refund or replace the item at no extra cost to you.
