Who designs and makes the jewellery?

Our unique pieces are handmade by founder Bea in her London-based studio. Our pieces are all original, which means you won’t find them anywhere else except our platforms.

Do you do custom orders?

Because of the nature of porcelain art, we cannot fulfil custom orders at this time. It takes weeks (and sometimes longer) to craft our pieces from scratch.

However, we do have a wide range of products in a variety of colour combinations, so make sure to browse our full collection as you may just find your perfect piece. Occasionally, we also hold some extra stock that isn’t available on our website, so please feel free to get in touch with your requirements and we will try our very best to find something just for you.

Although we also do offer a personalisation services and accept enquiries about small adjustments (e.g. to chain length).

How do I order?

Simply pick your special piece, add it to your cart and go to the checkout page.

How do you ship?

We use various shipping companies depending on the destination. All our parcels are trackable and a tracking number will be provided via email as soon as your order is dispatched. If your parcel gets lost, CJ·314 takes responsibility to issue a full refund or replace the item at no extra cost to you.

At the moment, all UK purchases come with FREE SHIPPING.

We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours (unless specific adjustments are requested by customer).

Our free Standard Delivery to UK service usually takes 3-5 working days, international parcels - 2-14 working days.

Can I return the item?

Absolutely! If you are unhappy with your order or simply change your mind, you can return it within 60 days from the delivery date. Return shipping costs are our responsibility, so you don’t have to worry about any return fees.

To place a return, please contact us via our contact form (or hello@cj314.com) and we will generate a returns label for you.

We do not cover the cost of postage if you choose to return the item using a different service from the one provided by the returns label.

We can only accept returns for items that are in perfect, unworn condition, as sold. Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund will be paid to you within 5 working days via the original payment method.

If we receive the item with visible signs of wear, we won’t be able to issue a refund (unless agreed otherwise).

What about packaging and gift wrapping?

All items come carefully packaged in beautiful box, making the perfect gift for someone special.

If you would like to send an item directly to someone as a gift, please email us as soon as you have placed your order and we will make sure not to include any price information inside your package.

Is CJ·314 a sustainable brand?

Yes. We pride ourselves on creating special pieces that are made-to-last. We want to contribute to ‘slow fashion’. You can find out more about what sustainability means to us on our Sustainability page.
